Jag-One has been an excellent physical therapy provider. From the moment I arrive, the receptionist is responsive and pleasant. The Physical Therapy Tech is personable and prompt with the intake and initiation of the prescribed exercise regimen. Through out my session the DPT keeps a skillful eye, constantly evaluating my strengths and weaknesses. At the conclusion of my self paced session the DPT spends an unlimited amount of time manipulating any areas of concern. From my observations, my experience is repeated with each and every patient that walks through the door. Jag-One delivers a premium product!

JAG-ONE physical therapy in Warren deserves all five stars! My physical therapist, Matt focused on my knee both before and after my total knee replacement. He carefully monitored and expanded my care with encouragement and enthusiasm. The support staff were always helpful and up-beat adding to a totally positive experience. Thank you all!

JAG Physical Therapy in Warren went above and beyond in my recovery process for my ankle. Katie is 5+ stars putting my care before anything else and helping me get back to doing what I love - HIIT workouts at orangetheory! I was unsure if I’d be able to confidently go back to doing high intensity workouts, but Katie and her wonderful staff got me back on my feet in record timing. Thank you JAG team for the good laughs, welcoming environment and positive encouragement!

I’m been coming to this place for almost 2 months for OT after my wrist and elbow surgery. Bianca is my OT she’s caring, understanding and able to answer or address any of my concerns I’ve during my therapy sessions. She and her team make sure I’m comfortable during the exercises too. The place is clean and organized at all times the front desk staff is very friendly and ready to help.The time and patience is very appreciated; this is the place to be for OT/PT Highly recommend it.

Matt and Stephanie at Jag-One are excellent. I've seen them four times so far. After the first session, I felt better, and I've only improved since then. Thank you so much for giving me hope and helping me to recover quickly! I do the exercises they give me, taking one day off to rest. They even have an app where they load the exercises, showing videos on executing the moves correctly. Between the activities, the moist heat, the manual massage, etc. my body gets a real treat and feels exponentially better.

I've been with JAG-ONE a couple of weeks and I really like it there. Everyone is friendly especially my therapist Bianca and her team. Bianca is patient, knowledgeable and attentive. The girls helping her are very warm and supportive. It makes the therapy session going fast and easy.
